We can tell you without equivocation that the most important relationship on a wedding day besides that of the Bride & Groom is that of the wedding photographer and the Bride. The resulting photographs when there is a bond of acceptance and trust between these two people can be truly amazing, --- professional wedding photographers have come a long way since the seedy guy in the scruffy suit of your parent’s era.
We have recommended a number of superb photographers, -- talk to him or her, find out their style, --for instance many modern photographers will go for “reportage” style photography with the Bride & Groom hardly noticing that they are there at all. Some prefer a mixture of this with more formal groupings to keep the relatives happy, black and white shots are also in vogue. Whatever you want, discuss it with your selected photographer; indeed talk to them about it before making your choice. In our experience, unless David Bailey or Mario Testino are attending as family members, --- never, ever, ever trust your wedding photography to Uncle Bob “because he’s got a new camera and he will do it for nothing.” Do not even think about it.
On our guided tour we will take you to 3 venues of your choice and help you ask the right questions and take the best decision. Read more
