Alcohol

We know it is hard to monitor your guests intake of booze, but generally at any pre-ceremony gathering of family and guests it is best not to serve any alcoholic drinks, -- soft drinks and iced water are perfectly acceptable, after all there is plenty of time to party later on, -- and on, -- and on!

Please remember that Spanish Hotel staff or the people looking after you at your chosen venue are very professional, helpful, and totally dedicated to your enjoyment of the occasion. Nevertheless, it is our experience that if insulted or harassed by rude or drunk guests they will refuse to serve guests and will call the police. If the police arrive chances are that they will close the wedding party down; I’m afraid that neither staff nor police will “put up with” unpleasant behaviour from out-of-order guests no matter how well mannered and pleasant the Bride & Groom are!
